PJSC ‘Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company’ is considering the possibility of leasing or disposing of vessels in accordance with the Procedure for the disposal and leasing of assets of business entities, in which more than 50 per cent of the shares (stakes) in the authorised capital are owned by the state or another legal entity, whose sole participant (founder) is the state, as approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1032 of 22 September 2023.
We invite interested parties regarding the lease or purchase of the property to submit their proposals to the email address: office@udp.one.
Based on the results of the market research, PJSC “UDP” will prepare the relevant auction procedures in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
