Anti-corruption activities

Main tasks, powers, rights and obligations of the authorized division:

– preparation, ensuring and supervision of the corruption prevention measures;

– providing methodological and advisory assistance with respect to compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation;

– participation in the information and scientific support of the corruption prevention and detection measures, as well as in international cooperation in this field;

– performing organizational and explanatory work for prevention, detection and combating corruption;

– exercising control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the settlement of conflicts of interest, as well as exercising control over compliance with the anti-corruption legislation.

The authorized division may provide methodological and advisory assistance with respect to compliance with the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation.

How to report a corruption offence

You can leave a notice containing information with respect to a particular person and actual verifiable data, supported by evidence, concerning persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, as well as persons equated to them in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

The requirements to anonymous notices concerning violations of this Law, as well as the procedure for consideration thereof, are determined in the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.

An anonymous notice on the violation of the requirements of this Law is to considered, if the information provided therein concerns a particular person and contains actual data which can be verified.

An anonymous notice on the violation of the requirements of this Law is to be verified within fifteen days after the date of its receipt. In case if the information included in the notice cannot be verified within the term mentioned above, the head or deputy head of the authority in question shall extend the term for consideration of the notice to thirty days after the date of its receipt.

An anonymous notice cannot be considered a citizen’s appeal in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”, therefore, providing a response to such notice is not mandatory.

The information provided by you shall be used by the management of PJSC “UDP” when making a decision with respect to the need to perform an inspection or otherwise respond in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”.
