to the Supervisory Board of PJSC “UDP”
Private Joint-Stock Company “Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company” announces a competition to fill the vacant position of an internal auditor to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Qualification requirements for the candidate:
- Complete higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
- Professional auditor certification (national or international).
- In-depth knowledge of:

- International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
- Ukrainian tax legislation;
- corporate governance principles;
- anti-corruption compliance.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management positions.
- Impeccable professional reputation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Adherence to high standards of professional ethics and independence.
- Fluency in English and German.
Additional requirements (preferred):
- Experience working at Big Four (or Big Five) international audit firms.
- Experience working with international clients and projects.
