Private Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company” announces a competition to fill the vacant position of internal auditor on the Company’s Supervisory Board.
Qualification requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Professional auditor certification (national or international).
• In-depth knowledge of: IFRS, Ukrainian tax legislation, corporate governance principles, and anti-corruption compliance.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management positions.
• An impeccable professional reputation and strong analytical skills.
Adherence to high standards of professional ethics and independence.
• Fluency in English is required.
The following will be considered a plus:
•Experience working at Big Four (Big Five) international audit firms.
•Experience working with international clients and on international projects.
•Knowledge of German.
